You hear an interview — a host asking a guest about their work, research or experience — and answer about five questions on it, each with four printed options.
The guest does most of the talking. Questions follow the order of the interview, so each answer usually comes in the stretch after the host asks something new. Expect questions on reasons, difficulties, opinions and advice, not just facts.

How to approach it
Skim all the options before the audio: together they outline what the interview covers.
Treat each new question from the host as a signal that the next answer is coming.
Separate the guest’s own view from views they mention and reject: 有人认为…但我觉得….
Keep up — once the interview has moved on, an earlier answer will not come back.
Common mistakes
Confusing what the host suggests with what the guest says.
Missing framing such as “the hardest part is…” or “the most important thing is…”.
Spending too long on one question and missing the next.
